This evening, we celebrated our ‘soft launch’ for a festive evening of Christmas Carols round the tree at Brougham Hall.
It was great to see so many people there tonight for fun and festivities. Thank you to all that came along tonight for carols, mince pies, mulled wine, shopping AND the youngsters that had a go on the lathe, with Nathan at Noble Roots.
We made spinning tops and then tested them out on the workbench. So many enjoyed the process of starting with a square block of wood and ending up with a tangible item at the end.
"I hope I can do my small part to inspire the next generation of makers."
